FASO sells naturally dried mango online and delivers within the Netherlands.

Company details to be completed: registered name, registered address, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number, VAT number and support email address.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and the contents of your order. Payment details are entered directly with our payment provider, Stripe — FASO never sees or stores your card details.

When you contact us we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply.

We record anonymous usage events (such as a product view or a completed purchase) to understand how the shop is used. These events do not contain your name or address.

To process and deliver your order, to send order and delivery updates, to handle returns and refunds, to manage subscriptions, and to meet legal bookkeeping obligations.

Stripe (payment processing), our delivery carrier for postal orders, and our email provider for order emails. We do not sell your data.

Order records are kept for as long as required by Dutch tax law. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Contact us and we will respond.
