Refunds & Returns

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We will replace it or refund it.

As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. Because we sell food, this applies to unopened bags in their original condition. Opened bags cannot be returned for food safety reasons.

To withdraw, contact us with your order number. Return shipping costs are for your own account unless the order was faulty.

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return or agreeing the refund.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. A delivery that has already been paid for and dispatched is handled under the rules above.

Company details to be completed: registered name, registered address, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number, VAT number and support email address.
